Can't do SSH public key under cryptographed home [migrated]

Sorry if I post this in the wrong place. I've readed this topic, but I not able to comment on someones answer, so I started a new topic.

I can't do ssh public key login to my server and I think this issue is related to the fact my home is using cryptography which set the permissions to 700 on /home/MY-USER

I've tried another workstation and everything works fine. I would be glad if someone help me to get out this without revert the cryptography.
